GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
Layer in order in casserole dish:

1 can French style green beans
1 can shoe peg white corn, drained
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained

1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. sour cream

Spread this over water chestnuts. Grate 2 cups Cheddar cheese; sprinkle over the soup and sour cream. Crush 1 tube of Ritz crackers; pour 1/2 stick of melted butter over the crackers and mix. Spread over the top of the casserole. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
