CORN AND BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 (12 oz.) can white shoe peg corn, drained
1 can drained French cut green beans
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. chopped onions
1 can cream of celery soup
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1/2 c. sour cream or salad dressing
Pepper to taste
Slivered almonds

TOPPING:

1/2 box Ritz cheese crackers
1/2 stick melted butter

Mix together all ingredients. Crumble 1/2 box Ritz crackers and add melted butter. Put corn and bean mixture into casserole. Top with cracker mixture. Put slivered almonds on top. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. 6 servings.
