SCANDINAVIAN SALAD 
1 (No. 2) can cut green beans
1 (No. 2) can English peas
1 (No. 2) can whole kernel corn
2 c. chopped celery
1 (4 oz.) jar pimientos, chopped
1/2 c. chopped onion

Drain vegetables. Mix together. Sprinkle lightly with salt. Stir well and chill 1 hour. Remove from refrigerator and drain.

Add: 1 c. vinegar 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. cooking oil 1 tsp. paprika

Combine all ingredients, stir until sugar is dissolved. Pour in large dish and refrigerate several hours before serving. The vegetables can be varied, according to taste or likes.
