SCALLOPED CORN WITH SAUSAGE 
1 lb. sausage meat
2 c. herbed stuffing mix
2 (16 oz. each) cans cream corn
1 tbsp. onion flakes
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. pepper

Brown meat in large skillet until no red shows, crumble. Transfer all but 1/2 cup of meat, drained, to a 2 quart buttered baking dish. Stir 1 cup stuffing mix with meat in skillet and put aside. Combine corn, onion and parsley flakes, nutmeg, and pepper and remaining 1 cup stuffing mix and spoon over sausage in baking dish. Scatter skillet mixture over top. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until browned.
