SCALLOPED CLAMS 
3 (8 oz.) cans minced clams
1 (8 oz.) pkg. prepared herb-seasoned stuffing
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 green pepper (optional)
2 tbsp. chopped parsley (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine ingredients except parsley and turn into a 1 1/2 quart greased casserole.

Bake about 30 minutes until mixture is lightly brown on top. Sprinkle with parsley just before serving. Serves 6 to 8.
