CLAM APPETIZERS 
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can minced clams, drained
1 sm. pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1 stick butter, melted
Parsley flakes
1 egg
Juice from clams plus warm water to make 1 cup

Mix clams, stuffing and egg. Add melted butter. Mix again. Form into small balls and roll in parsley. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Brown under broiler. Serve with tartar sauce.
