SOUTHERN PORK CHOP AND RICE
CASSEROLE
 
4 end pork chops
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 c. hot water
1 c. raw rice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 med. green pepper, chopped
1/2 sm. onion, chopped
1 tomato, sliced
Pepper and Paprika to taste

Brown seasoned pork chops; put in a shallow baking dish. Dissolve bouillon cubes in water; pour over chops. Add rice and salt. Add vegetables, top with pepper and paprika. Cover with lid or foil; bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Yield: 4 servings.
