MEX - ITALIAN SPAGHETTI 
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. green pepper
1 sm. garlic, minced
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato paste
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 can mushrooms
1 tsp. horseradish
1 (16 oz.) pkg. spaghetti

Brown hamburger meat with onion and green pepper; drain. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Pour sauce mix over cooked spaghetti and serve.
