BLACK MAGIC CAKE 
1 3/4 c. flour
2 c. white sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt; optional
2 eggs
1 c. black coffee, hot
1 c. sour milk or buttermilk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix ingredients well, by hand, until no lumps. Pour into 13 x 9 x 2 inches or tube pan. Bake approximately 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cake is very rich, frost with whip cream or a light frosting of your choice.
