PINEAPPLE CHEESE SPREAD | |
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained 1 c. chopped pecans 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 2 tbsp. chopped green onions 1 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt Soften cheese and mix with pineapple, pecans, green pepper, onion and salt. Pack in a crock and refrigerate or you may roll the mixture in a ball and cover with more pecans. Serve with crackers. |
