CHEESE BALL 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, room temperature
1 (8 oz.) sharp Cheddar spread
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper, optional
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Drain pineapple very well. Combine everything except nuts. Shape into ball and sprinkle with pecans. Serve with assorted crackers.
