COCKTAIL SANDWICH WREATH 
3 c. cooked and cubed chicken
1/2 c. chopped red apple
4 tsp. lemon juice
Dash white pepper
40 slices rye or pumpernickel
1/2 c. chopped celery
2/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 tsp. salt
Butter, softened
Leaf lettuce

Use food processor for spreading consistency. Place sandwiches on tray in shape of wreath and garnish with leaf lettuce.
