STRAWBERRY PARFAIT PIE 
1 pkg. (3 oz.) strawberry Jello
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1 1/4 c. hot water
1 (10 oz.) box sliced strawberries, thaw & drain
1 (9 inch) baked crust, any kind

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add ice cream by spoonsful, stirring until melted. Chill until thickened but not set and fold in drained strawberries. Put in crust and chill. Serves 8.
