CRAB SAUCE FOR PASTA 
1 lb. fresh crab meat (or canned)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. canned tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Cut crab into 1/2 inch pieces. Cook onion, celery, garlic, and parsley in butter until tender. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, and seasonings. Simmer 20 minutes. Stir occasionally. Add crab meat. Heat and serve over cooked pasta.
