PORKY PINE BALLS 
1 lb. fresh ground beef
1/2 c. white long grain rice
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 med. onions, chopped
Garlic powder

In a mixing bowl put or add the ground beef, uncooked, onions, rice, garlic powder (do not use sparingly) and 1/2 up of water. Mix well. Roll into small or medium meatballs; put into casserole dish. Add 1/2 cup of water and cover with tomato sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for minimum of 1 hour.
