MARINATED PORK CHOPS 
2 c. soy sauce
1 c. water
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. dark molasses

Mix soy sauce, water, brown sugar and molasses and bring to a boil. Let cool. Pour sauce over chops and marinate overnight in refrigerator. Next day, take chops out of sauce. Place in a baking pan and cover tightly with foil. Bake at 375 degrees, about 2 hours.
