SOUR CREAM HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 pkg. sour cream mix
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 c. beef broth
1/2 c. mushrooms

Prepare sauce as directed. Cook onions in butter until tender. Add meat; brown. Blend in flour and garlic powder. Gradually add beef broth; stir until thickened. Stir in sour cream sauce and mushrooms; heat. Serve over noodles or rice. 4 to 5 servings.
