GOLDEN ROD GREEN BEANS 
4 c. cut green beans
4 tsp. butter
1 c. milk
1 c. mayonnaise
4 hard boiled eggs
4 tsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

Chop egg whites. Grate yolks. Cook green beans, drain. Melt butter. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Slowly add milk. Stir constantly and cook until thick. Add egg whites. Remove from heat. Stir in mayonnaise. Pour sauce over beans and sprinkle with yolks.

Bake a few minutes in 350 degree oven (until lightly browned).
