SAUERKRAUT AND DUMPLINGS 
1 can sauerkraut
8 to 12 wieners, cut up

Heat sauerkraut to boiling; add wieners and dumplings

DUMPINGS: :

1 c. flour
1 egg
1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. melted butter
3/4 tsp. baking powder

Mix; place in boiling sauerkraut in 8 to 9 bunches and cook until done in middle.
