2 lbs. ground chuck
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. ketchup
1 tsp. Accent
1/2 c. warm water
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 pkg. Lipton's onion soup mix
8 oz. can Hunt's tomato sauce
2 strips bacon

Mix thoroughly; put into loaf pan. Cover with two strips bacon (if desired). Pour tomato sauce over this. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
