PEANUT BUTTER CUPS | |
1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. peanut butter 1/2 c. white sugar 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 egg 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/4 c. flour 3/4 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 pkg. (40 c.) mini chocolate covered peanut butter cups Cream butter, peanut butter and sugars. Beat in egg and vanilla; mix well. Sift dry ingredients and blend in. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Shape batter into 1 inch balls. Place in ungreased small muffin tins. Bake 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately press a peanut butter cup in each until only the top shows. Let set a while before removing from tins. Makes 40 cookies. |
