MINESTRONE 
10 cups beef broth
½ cup ditalini pasta
1 can kidney beans
1 16 oz. package mixed veggies
1 potato peeled and finely diced
1 can tomato paste
1 tsp. Italian seasoning (or to taste)
1/2 to 1 tsp. each of onion powder garlic powder
sea salt
oregano
freshly ground pepper
½ tsp. each of:
rosemary
celery seed
celery salt
basil
Tony Chachere’s
Maggi, to taste

Heat broth in a stock pot, add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and let cook for 1 hour.

Makes about 15 cups.
