1 tbsp. mayonnaise
Old Bay Seasoning to taste
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 bluefish fillet

Make a paste of mayonnaise and seasoning and lemon juice. Place fish in baking dish and spread with seasoning paste. Broil until done.
