TURKEY ROYALE 
4 fillet turkey breasts
Flour
1/2 c. butter
1 lb. quartered mushrooms
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. sherry
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. water

Coat turkey with flour. Brown in butter. Set turkey aside. Using same pan, cook onions and mushrooms tender. Add cream, sherry, salt and pepper. Stir. Return turkey to pan. Reduce heat. Cover. Simmer 20 minutes until tender. Remove turkey to plate.

In a cup, blend 1 tablespoon flour with water. Add mixture to pan; stir until thickened. Pour over turkey and serve.
