TURKEY/CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chicken with rice soup
1 lg. can/pkg. chow mein noodles
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 sm. can evaporated milk (such as carnation)
2 c. diced turkey/chicken meat
5 slices cheese (your favorite)

Stir all ingredients together. Place in a 2 1/2 quarts casserole baking dish which has been lightly buttered. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
