TWIN CHEESE MOLDS 
SHARP CHEESE MOLD:

2 c. grated extra sharp Cheddar cheese (1/2 lb.)
4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter, softened
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Beat until fluffy.

DEVILED HAM MOLD:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1 (2 1/2 to 3 oz.) can deviled ham
1 tsp. instant minced onion
Scant 1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Blend until smooth.

Pack each mixture into large 12 oz. paper cups. Chill at least overnight. When ready to serve, snip rims of cups and peel off paper. Invert molds onto tray and surround with assorted crackers and/or Melba rounds.

NOTE: If desired, very finely chopped nuts may be added. Pecans into Sharp Cheese Mold and black walnuts into Deviled Ham Mold.
