VEGETABLE SPAGHETTI 
10-12 pkg. spaghetti
1 lb. hamburger
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
15 oz. can tomato sauce
1 c. canned or leftover green beans (may substitute zucchini or cooked broccoli)
2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
2 tbsp. chopped onion
3/4 c. water

Boil spaghetti in salted water according to the directions on the package. Drain. In a large skillet, season the hamburger with salt and pepper; brown. After the hamburger is done, pour off any excess grease.

Blend thoroughly in a blender all remaining ingredients, and pour the resulting sauce into the skillet with the hamburger. Simmer for 10-15 minutes and serve over spaghetti.

Serves 5.
