1 pkg. lg. flour tortillas
1 lb. grated cheese

Turn oven to broil. Place 2 tortillas on cookie sheet. Cover with grated cheese. Place under broiler until cheese is melted. Cut into pieces. Serve with salsa, sour cream, guacamole, etc.
