BLACKBERRY JELLY 
4 c. blackberry juice
7 1/2 c. sugar
1 bottle liquid pectin

Use same measurements for grape jelly.

Crush the berries and extract juice. Measure juice into kettle. Stir in the sugar. Place on high heat and stir constantly. Bring to full rolling boil that can't be stirred down. Add the pectin and heat again to full rolling boil. Boil hard 1 minute, remove from heat and skim off foam. Pour into hot containers and seal. Cover with 1/8" layer of paraffin.
