BAKED STUFFED HADDOCK 
2 (3/4 lb.) haddock fillets

Place a piece of foil (large enough to wrap fillets with stuffing) in a baking pan. Place one fillet on foil and top with mushroom stuffing. Sandwich other fillet on top and garnish with lemons. Wrap fish up in foil. Bake 40 minutes at 375 degrees. Serves 4.

MUSHROOM STUFFING:

Mix:

1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. parsley
3 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
