NUT CAKE 
2 1/3 c. ground nuts
1 c. bread crumbs (plain, not seasoned)
1 1/2 c. sugar
10 eggs
Cinnamon and lemon to taste

Separate eggs. Keep the egg whites to the side. Mix egg yolks until they are lemon in color. Mix in sugar a little at a time until all is added. Stir well.

In a large bowl, add the nuts and bread crumbs to this mixture gradually. At this point, the mixture is too thick for an electric mixer, use a large spoon to stir well. Add lemon and cinnamon to your taste. Mix well. Whip egg whites until very stiff. Fold into the mixture a little at a time. This mixture will be thin.

Grease a bundt pan well and pour in batter. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Leave the cake cool in the pan before removing it. Ice the cake with a powdered sugar, butter and milk glaze.
