BLUEBERRY MUFFINS | |
1 pkg. Duncan Hines deluxe white cake mix 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour 1 tsp. baking powder 2/3 c. milk 3 lg. eggs 1/3 c. oil 1 c. fresh, rinsed well and drained blueberries Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line 24 muffin cups with paper liners. Combine dry cake mix, flour, and baking powder in a large bowl. Beat milk, eggs, and oil together with fork. Add to mixture in bowl and stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Fold in blueberries. Spoon batter into muffin cups, filling 1/3 full. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 24 muffins. |
