PINTO BEAN PIES 
1 c. cooked pinto beans
1 sm. can coconut
2 (2 oz.) pkg. pecan chips
4 eggs
3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 sticks butter, melted
3 pie shells

Mash beans well. Beat eggs and sugar together, cream like. Add all other ingredients. Mix with a spoon. Pour into pie shells. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until brown.
