CHINESE TOSSED SALAD 
1 head lettuce
2 green onions
Fried Chinese Bihon rice noodles
1/4 c. sesame seeds, toasted
1/2 c. almonds, sliced and toasted

DRESSING:

1/4 c. sesame oil
1/2 c. rice wine vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Tear lettuce into a bowl and add onions (tops and all) chopped. Add noodles (fry only a few at a time, as they swell), sesame seeds, almonds, and toss.

DRESSING: Mix ingredients. Shake well and add just prior to serving.

OPTIONAL: To make this a main dish salad, just add chunks of fried chicken breast.
