LIVER PATE 
1 lb. liverwurst
3 tbsp. sherry or white wine (optional)
1/2 c. sour cream or mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. finely chopped or grated onion
2 or 3 boiled eggs, finely chopped
Pimento (optional)

Mash or grind liverwurst. Blend all ingredients well. Chill. Serve on crackers or as sandwich filling.
