CHERRY DESSERT 
40 marshmallows
1 1/2 c. whipping cream
1/3 c. melted butter
3 tbsp. sugar
1 1/4 c. milk
1 1/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 can cherry pie filling

Dissolve marshmallows in milk in double boiler, stirring as needed. Cool. Whip cream, and fold into marshmallow mixture.

Crush graham crackers, and mix in butter and sugar. Pack into pan lightly, saving part of the crumbs for top of dessert.

Pour 1/2 of marshmallow mixture over crumbs. Spoon cherry pie filling over marshmallow mixture. Add remainder of marshmallow mixture over cherries. Sprinkle crumbs on top. Refrigerate in 7 1/2 x 12 pan.
