1 c. cooked and mashed potatoes
1 small can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon flavoring

Beat all ingredients with mixer and place in an unbaked pie shell.

Bake at 350°F until firm.
