CREAMED POTATOES 
2 lb. hash browns
1 can cream of chicken (1/4 can water)
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. shredded cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 stick butter or Parkay
Corn Flake crumbs

Mix together all ingredients except Corn Flake crumbs and hash browns. Place potatoes in baking dish; pour mixture over potatoes. Sprinkle with corn flake crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
