Graham crackers
Peanut butter
Marshmallow creme
1 (12 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips
2 tbsp. shortening

Split each graham cracker in half to make 2 squares. Spread 1 square with peanut butter and another square with marshmallow creme. Press coated sides together. Repeat with all the graham crackers.

Melt chocolate chips and shortening in microwave on medium for 2 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally until smooth.

Dip filled crackers, one at a time, halfway up the cracker, into the chocolate mixture coating half completely. Tap off excess. Place on waxed paper lined tray. Refrigerate until coating is firm. Store in refrigerator.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
