Graham crackers Peanut butter Marshmallow creme 1 (12 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips 2 tbsp. shortening Split each graham cracker in half to make 2 squares. Spread 1 square with peanut butter and another square with marshmallow creme. Press coated sides together. Repeat with all the graham crackers. Melt chocolate chips and shortening in microwave on medium for 2 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally until smooth. Dip filled crackers, one at a time, halfway up the cracker, into the chocolate mixture coating half completely. Tap off excess. Place on waxed paper lined tray. Refrigerate until coating is firm. Store in refrigerator. |
