BEEF GUMBO PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can mushroom soup
1 can chicken gumbo soup
1 c. packaged pre-cooked rice, not prepared
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. celery, diced
1 c. mushrooms
1 c. English, drained
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
Softened butter
Sesame seeds

Mix all ingredients except the last 3. Put in 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Brush crescents with softened butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Place on casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
