PELIAS ESCARDE SALAD DRESSING | |
1 c. oil 1 c. vinegar (Regina white wine) 2 c. potato water 1 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. salt 1/2 tsp. white pepper 1 tbsp. finely grated onion 2 tbsp. mashed potatoes Boil potatoes and set aside. Mix all ingredients in blender; shake well before serving. Keeps well in refrigerator. |
