BACON DRESSING 
1/3 c. bacon pieces
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
2 tbsp. mayonnaise

Brown bacon; remove from heat. Add flour and mix well with drippings. Add sugar, water, vinegar, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; add mayonnaise. Mix egg and milk and add to thickened mixture. Return to heat and cook until well blended. Do not boil.

FOR POTATO SALAD:

4 c. cubed potatoes, cooked and peeled
1 hard-boiled egg
2 tbsp. chopped onions
1 tsp. celery salt

Combine all ingredients in bowl; add bacon dressing, some of the bacon and mix well. Garnish top with another sliced hard-boiled egg, remaining bacon, and a dash of paprika. Serves 5-6.
