COOL WHIP DESSERT 
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
Half of Cool Whip (lg. container)
2 sm. pkg. instant pudding (any flavor)
1 c. powdered sugar
Rest of Cool Whip

Bake first 3 ingredients in oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool. (9 x 13 inch pan.)

1st Layer: Cream cheese and half of Cool Whip.

2nd Layer: Instant pudding and powdered sugar.

3rd Layer: Remainder of Cool Whip.

Cool in refrigerator or freeze.
