COOL LEMON DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar
2 c. Cool Whip
2 pkgs. lemon instant pudding

Mix flour, soft butter, and nuts. Press in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes until pale brown. Cool. Mix cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust. Prepare pudding per directions. Pour over cheese layer. Let set in refrigerator 1 hour. Top with rest of Cool Whip. Chill until ready to serve. Serves 12.
