CHILI 
1 to 2 lbs. ground beef
1 can dark kidney beans
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
Salt & pepper to taste
1 onion, diced small
1 green pepper, diced
1 scoop garlic

Saute' ground beef with onions and peppers with garlic, drain some of the juice from meat. On a low flame continue to simmer; add tomato paste and tomato sauce or puree. Add chili powder, salt, pepper and pinch of Italian seasoning, garlic, sugar and kidney beans. Cook on a very low flame until the consistency and taste is the way you prefer your chili. Chili can be served over rice.
