1 yellow cake mix
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 lg. can applesauce
1 1/2 plus sticks of butter

Do not grease pan. Dump pineapple and applesauce in bottom of pan. Dump cake mix on top spread evenly. Slice butter and place on top of cake mix. DO NOT STIR. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in a 9 x 13 pan. Serve with Cool Whip.
