GRANOLA 
6 c. rolled oats
1 c. shredded coconut
1 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. shelled sunflower seeds
3/4 c. cashews, halved
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. honey
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins

Combine oats, coconut, wheat germ, sunflower seeds, cashews and cinnamon in large bowl, set aside. Mix oil, honey, water, salt and vanilla in another bowl. Pour over dry mixture; stir well to coat. Spread mixture evenly on 2 greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes, stirring frequently. Cool thoroughly, add raisins. Store in airtight container.
