TUNA NUGGETS 
1 can water packed tuna
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped walnuts
1 c. minced parsley
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce

Blend cream cheese thoroughly with lemon juice, horseradish, hot pepper sauce, onion and walnuts. Add tuna and blend until no streaks of cheese are showing. Make into balls, roll each ball in parsley. Chill. Can roll in nuts in place of parsley.
