HAM QUICHE 
1 (9 inch) prebaked pie shell
1 c. diced, cooked ham
1 c. grated Mozzarella
1 tbsp. mustard
3 eggs
3/4 c. whipping cream
Dash of black pepper
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Prebake pie shell 5 minutes at 400 degrees. Mix ham and cheese. Spread mustard on bottom of pie crust. Sprinkle with ham and cheese mixture. Beat eggs, cream and black pepper. Pour mixture over ham and cheese in pie shell. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
