PORCUPINE BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 c. water
1/2 c. raw instant rice (must use instant)
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. oil

Mix beef or turkey, rice and seasoning. Form balls and fry in oil. Mix water and tomato sauce. Drain meatballs and return to pan. Pour tomato sauce mixture over balls. Simmer 45 minutes.
